Richard Horn Legal, PLLC is a law office formed by Richard Horn, the former CFPB attorney who led the rule integrating the mortgage disclosures under the Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (the TILA-RESPA integrated disclosures, also known as “TRID”). Richard Horn has extensive experience and expertise as a former Senior Counsel and Special Advisor at the CFPB and Senior Attorney at the FDIC. The office specializes in consumer financial services regulation, with a focus on residential mortgage compliance.

Richard Horn Legal, PLLC is a law office formed by the attorney who led the CFPB's TRID rule. The office specializes in consumer financial services regulation, with a focus on residential mortgage compliance. The office provides an unparalleled level of expertise and an exceptional value.
